Is Two Little Steps really free?
Yes. While we're in our launch period the whole platform is free for every registered center — all features, no payment details, no time limit. Paid plans will be introduced when online payments launch, and we'll give existing centers plenty of notice first.
Which therapy disciplines does the platform support?
Two Little Steps is built for multidisciplinary centers — speech therapy, occupational therapy, behavioural therapy, physiotherapy, special education, and music therapy all work side by side in one system.
Does it send WhatsApp reminders to parents?
Yes. Parents get automatic session reminders ahead of each appointment, plus reschedule alerts — sent straight to WhatsApp, with no app for them to install.
Can I generate invoices and bills?
Yes. The platform auto-generates session invoices, produces PDF bills, tracks outstanding payments, and lets you export records for your accounts team.
Can I migrate my existing patient and therapist records?
Yes. Adding your existing patient records, therapist details, and history is straightforward — do it yourself in a few steps, or our team is happy to help you bring it across, so you start with everything already in place.
How do you keep our data secure and private?
Your records live on secure, access-controlled servers. Data is encrypted in transit and sensitive clinical information is encrypted at rest, each center's data is fully isolated from every other center, passwords are protected with strong hashing, and optional two-factor login and audit logging add further protection — aligned with the IT Act 2000 and applicable data-protection standards.
Can parents see their child's progress?
A read-only family portal — where parents can follow their child's sessions, notes, and progress reports — is on our near-term roadmap.
How much help do I need to get set up?
Very little — Two Little Steps is built to set itself up, so most centers are up and running the same day, no lengthy onboarding required. You still get video guides and a knowledge base whenever you want them, plus a real person to help on email or WhatsApp whenever you need one.
